You contact us by clicking the Computer Plus On Call link at the bottom of this page which will lead you to our secure login area. Our trained technicians will provide you with a password to log you into our system. Once you have given us permission to work on your computer our technicians will be able to perform various maintenance and repair procedures on your computer while it is still in your home. You will even be able to watch them as they work. When work is competed you will be logged out and your work will be complete.
