Returns

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with some exceptions.

Open product may be returned within 14 days for a 75% refund of original purchase price provided all original packaging and contents are enclosed. If there are any items missing out of the package (including the packaging itself) the item may be returned only at the discretion of Computer Plus and then only for a maximum refund of 50% of the original purchase price.

Special ordered products, opened software, opened printer/toner cartridges or physically damaged items are not eligible to be returned for refund.

Computer Plus reserves the right to examine all returned products prior to issuing a refund.
